It was a rainy morning in Tanay. We were expecting the worst possible scenario just to prepare ourselves. We're just hoping to see a bit of the sun during ceremony at Boso boso church since it has this perfect golden hour around 3 to 4pm. Of course, that didn't happen. But we were greeted by Gian and Raphayella's unwavering smiles, unbothered by the gloomy weather. They were ready. They were present at the moment. Willing to accept any weather. And I remember Gian's request for the video: "It has to be about two souls being as one. Most of all, it has to be about God. Hindi ko alam kung paano nyo gagawin yon boss, kayo na ang bahala! Hahaha" To be honest, we never really figured out how, but they showed us that God is indeed present. And when you are with Him, nothing is impossible. Life is indeed full of surprises, James and Shay is a testament to that. They've known each other from high school, reconnect several years after and began their journey to forever. As Father John Lloyd said "Problema + Pagsubok = Hindi Matutuloy pero natuloy pa rin ang kasal... dahil hindi kayo iniwan ng Diyos" Yes James and Shay, both of you are answered prayer to each other. Never ever forget that it is your heart's desire to find someone, not just for the sake of getting married and having a wedding, but to have someone hold your hand during struggles and during good memories. Robie and Carissa "THE VIDEOKE SDE" Months before their big day, Robie and Carissa was looking for a wedding videographer. They are all for fun and sporty but not for posing in front of the camera (given the usual SDEs with over-the-top glitz and glam). Then they stumbled upon our work in IG with one particular video, the "Videoke Prenup Film" (Search our IG/FB Nonie and Eris) Carissa's exact words: "Kaya ba na SDE to haha", and we are crazy enough to say yes! Come wedding day, Carissa was right, Robie is a true Videoke King. He totally got out of his comfort zone all for the love of singing and of course for her wife to be. While Carissa, though she admits she's awkward, she gave her most wonderful smiles while enjoying every moment. I guess that is what marriage is all about, getting out of your comfort zones but staying true with yourself. A love story written in the stars. Not like a horoscope but more on Science. They met in an Astronomy Lecture where Andrea worked as a teacher and Norman as the visiting lecturer. This is not the first time we met a couple who started out in a Dating App. What made Paul and Maine unique is that they used Tinder while they are both in Japan for travel.
